Are Meboro bags actually cabin-approved?
Yes. Our cabin bags comply with the size restrictions of major Indian carriers (IndiGo, Air India, Vistara, SpiceJet) and most international airlines. We'd recommend double-checking your specific airline's weight limit before every flight, since carriers vary. Our cabin bags typically run 55 x 35 x 25 cm or under.
What's the shell made from? Is polycarbonate actually better?
Our hard-shell bags use aerospace-grade polycarbonate: the same material used in aircraft windows. It's significantly lighter than ABS plastic (the industry standard), flexes instead of cracking under impact, and holds its shape longer. The short answer: yes, it's better.
How quiet are the wheels actually?
We tested them at 6 AM in a flat with a very light sleeper. They pass. Our spinner wheels use a dual-bearing system that significantly reduces noise and roll resistance. They also handle uneven surfaces: cobblestones, airport tiles, dodgy hotel carpets, without that dragging feeling.
What's the difference between the Ascend and the Expand Pro?
The Ascend is our cabin carry-on: designed specifically to fit overhead bins and stay with you throughout your journey. The Expand Pro is our check-in bag: larger, with more packing room and expansion capacity. If you never want to wait at baggage claim, the Ascend is your bag. If you're going somewhere for more than five days, the Expand Pro is worth it.
Can I personalise or monogram my bag?

ORDERING & DELIVERY
How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive within 4–6 business days across India. Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata) typically see 2–3 days. We'll send you a tracking link the moment your bag leaves us.
Do you deliver across India?
Yes, every pin code we can reach, we ship to. If your area comes up as unavailable at checkout, write to us at hello@meboro.com and we'll sort it out.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. You'll receive a tracking link via email and SMS once your bag is dispatched. If it's been more than 24 hours since dispatch and you haven't received a link, check your spam folder first, then write to us.
Is cash on delivery available?
Yes, COD is available on most pin codes. Select it at checkout. A small handling fee applies, which you'll see before confirming.
RETURNS & WARRANTY
What's your return policy?
15 days from delivery, no awkward questions. If you've opened it, tried it, and it's not right, we'll take it back. The bag just needs to be in its original condition. Initiate a return at hello@meboro.com with your order number and we'll handle the rest.
What does the 5-year warranty actually cover?
Manufacturing defects: zippers, wheels, handles, shell integrity, stitching. If something breaks because of how it was made, we cover it. What the warranty doesn't cover: airline damage (that's on them, and worth claiming directly), wear from genuinely extreme use, or cosmetic scratches. If you're unsure whether your issue is covered, just ask us. We'd rather sort it out than have you frustrated.
I bought from Amazon / Flipkart. Does my warranty still apply?
Yes. Your warranty is linked to the product, not where you bought it. Register your bag at hello@meboro.com with your order confirmation and we'll have you in our system.
My bag arrived damaged. What do I do?
Photograph it before doing anything else: the packaging and the bag. Then email hello@meboro.com with the photos and your order number. We'll have a replacement dispatched within 48 hours of confirmation.
